THE SHOP
This store is operated by Ruby Tuesday Designs LLC dba Cheekenbocker.
Cheekenbocker is a museum that does not exist. The collection is a work of
parody and the products are made in earnest.

ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline any order, and if we do we
refund it in full. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice;
the price at checkout is the price you pay.

MADE TO ORDER
Every piece is produced after purchase. Production and delivery times are
estimates, not guarantees.

COLOUR AND FINISH
Screens differ, and so do print runs. Small variation between what you see here
and what arrives is normal and is not a defect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The original artwork, the writing and the marks on this site belong to
Ruby Tuesday Designs LLC. Works in the permanent collection are derived from
paintings in the public domain. You may not reproduce, resell or reprint the
artwork.

IF YOU BELIEVE WE HAVE INFRINGED
Write to support@cheekenbocker.com with the work, the URL, and your claim,
and we will act promptly. We would rather hear from you than from a lawyer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what
you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or
fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
