REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED
Always replaced or refunded, your choice. Photograph the piece and write to
support@cheekenbocker.com within 30 days of delivery. No return shipment is
required.

CHANGE OF MIND
Because each piece is made after it is ordered, a returned item cannot be sold
to anyone else. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery in
unworn, unwashed, original condition. Return shipping is paid by you, and the
refund covers the price of the item, not the original shipping.

SIZING
Measurements are on every product page. Please read them before ordering — they
are more reliable than the size you usually wear, because garment blanks differ
by brand.

CANCELLATION
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it enters
production, usually within a few hours. Write immediately.

REFUND TIMING
Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
How quickly it appears is up to your bank.

CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EUROPEAN UNION
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order,
for any reason, and to a refund including standard outbound shipping. This
right sits alongside everything above, and nothing above limits it.
