WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone
number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details are handled by our
payment processor and never reach us.
When you subscribe: your email address, and the fact that you ticked the box.
When you browse: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate
location from your IP address.

WHY
To make and send your order, to answer you when you write, to send the monthly
notice if you asked for it, to detect fraud, and to keep the shop working.

WHO ELSE HANDLES IT
Shopify hosts this store and processes orders. Printify and its print partners
receive your name and shipping address in order to make and post your parcel.
Our payment processors handle payment. Our email platform sends the monthly
notice. Each receives only what it needs, and none of them may use it for
their own marketing.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA
Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.

MARKETING EMAIL
Only to people who ticked the box. Buying something is not consent to
marketing. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and
unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

COOKIES
Necessary cookies keep your cart and your session working. Analytics cookies
tell us which pages are read. You can refuse the non-essential ones without
losing the ability to shop.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records for 7 years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent
until you withdraw it.

YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete
it, or object to how we use it. Write to support@cheekenbocker.com and we
will answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to
your data protection authority. If you are in California you have the rights
described in the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and
we will not treat you differently for using them.

CHILDREN
This shop is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect
their information.
