Shipping policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Everything in this shop is made after it is ordered.

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, the piece is
printed and finished for you, then sent. This takes longer than shipping from
stock, and it is the reason there is no surplus inventory behind this museum.

PRODUCTION
2–7 business days before your order leaves the workshop. Apparel and printed
matter are quickest; stretched canvas and tapestries take the longest.

TRANSIT, UNITED STATES
3–8 business days after production.

TRANSIT, INTERNATIONAL
10–20 business days after production. Customs duties and import taxes are set
by your country and are not included at checkout.

SHIPPING COST
Within the United States, $5.95 — free on orders over $75. International
shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. You will see the full cost before you pay.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
Pieces are made in different workshops and may arrive separately, on different
days. You are charged shipping once per order, however many parcels it
takes. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

TRACKING
Sent by email when your order ships. If it has been more than 10 business days
and nothing has arrived, write to us.

IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG
We replace it. Send a photograph to support@cheekenbocker.com within 30 days
of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost. You will not be asked to
return the damaged piece.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Possible only before production begins. Write immediately and we will try.
Once a piece is in production it cannot be recalled.
